This site is a tribute to Len Stubberfield. He is much loved and will always be remembered.
Thoughts
Remember Len coming to our church, St Mary's Stone, and performing Handel's Crucifixon with us. Len sung the tenor solos and, as a young choir boy, I shall never forget listening in awe to his lovely voice. Singing with the Angels now. RIP Len, God bless.

It is with great sadness that we learned that Len Stubberfield, a valued and loved member who was also Chairman of the Society, passed away. DAODS and the members have many memories of Len and his wife Peggy to cherish.

I had the pleasure of being involved in a number of shows with Len and benefitted from his knowledge and experience as a new member. He was a lovely man and as Fred says, always available with a word of advice and encouragement. He was very helpful to me when I took over as Chairman. He will be sorely missed.
